Western Dishes - Roasted Chicken with Cumberland Sauce

Ingredient

  • 1 piece chicken

  • 1 piece potato

  • 1/2 cup onion dices

  • 1/2 cup mushroom pieces

  • 1 tbsp bacon dices

  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice

Method

  1. Rinse the chicken and marinate with marinade for a while.

  2. Peel the potato skin and cut into pieces.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil to sautee onion and bacon. Then, add in potato and mushroom. Put all these ingredients inside the children.

  4. Put the chicken into the preheat oven and bake at 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden yellow and down. To serve with cumberland sauce.
